I only use this method when someone give a comment at my friendster, myspace or tagged. Then I will reply their comment with picture comment that I make it for my own and link to my blog.So, I can generate traffic to my blog when they click at that picture comment. I will give the html code and you can try to do it.

I take picture at photobucket either .gif or .jpg usually I will take picture that in .gif format then copy to my account. Better to make your own picture and upload to photobucket or image shack
